There are no returns or warranties on tubes. All tubes are tested on a B&K 700 Tester. I have NEVER seen a tube test 100% on it. Most tubes that show 100 on another tester will show around 92 at most on my tester. Two test are conducted. The normal test, along with the life test. Both numbers are labeled on tubes.
These were marked 90% by someone else, but both tested in the 80s on my tester. Still very strong tubes.
